We are hiring a skilled Warehouse Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina, to support our extensive distribution network. Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on warehouse equipment.
- Inspecting equipment for potential issues and reporting them promptly.
- Assisting with the installation and setup of new warehouse machinery.
- Ensuring all equipment is used safely and according to manufacturer specifications.
- Supporting general warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Following strict Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic operational challenges.
- Providing support to other warehouse personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or similar role. Ability to perform mechanical tasks and troubleshoot equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Capability for moderate to heavy Lifting . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to stand, walk, and work in various warehouse conditions. A strong emphasis on workplace Safety and the consistent use of PPE is required. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in Logistics and operational support.
