Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is beneficial but not strictly required for motivated candidates. You must strictly adhere to all company safety guidelines and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare goods for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Reliable attendance and work ethic.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
