We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker for our facility in Des Moines, Iowa. This role is fundamental to our operations, involving the handling of goods, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort and place materials or orders on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in conducting inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, utilizing all necessary PPE .
- Support the overall warehouse Logistics flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Basic reading and counting skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
