We are hiring energetic Warehouse Associates to join our state-of-the-art facility in Chicago, Illinois. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receipt to shipment. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping inventory. - Receive and unload inbound shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Inspect products for damage and accuracy against shipping documents.
- Put away received goods into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for transportation, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including the use of PPE.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated understanding of logistics operations.
- Commitment to safety and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
