We are looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to join our facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, encompassing a variety of tasks crucial for efficient logistics and inventory management. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is a team player, possesses strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. We emphasize the importance of safety in all warehouse activities and require strict adherence to our safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify for accuracy.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments by labeling packages and completing necessary documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be provided).
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and work areas.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Follow all logistics guidelines to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by management.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
