Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! In this dynamic role, you will be involved in various warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods through our logistics network. Your responsibilities may include picking, packing, sorting, loading, and unloading materials. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Sort and organize products within the distribution center.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Contribute to overall team goals and efficiency in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to handle lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
