You'll be expected to handle materials of varying sizes and weights, requiring proper lifting techniques and the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for damage and accuracy.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare items for outgoing shipments.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all established safety procedures and utilizing required PPE.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or related environment is beneficial.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including consistent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and inventory management.
- Strong adherence to safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
