Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and checks.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
- Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations and procedures.
- Utilize required **PPE** consistently.
- Perform **lifting** and movement of materials as directed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
- Support **logistics** flow and efficiency.
- Report any workplace hazards or safety concerns immediately.
- Process shipments and prepare documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is beneficial.
- Ability to **lift** and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse **safety** practices and **PPE**.
- Understanding of **logistics** principles and inventory control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
