We are seeking dependable Warehouse Workers to join our Charlotte, North Carolina operations. This role is integral to our Logistics network, supporting daily warehouse functions such as receiving, stocking, picking, and packing. If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized environment, we encourage you to apply. The position requires physical activity, including regular Lifting and movement of goods. We place a high priority on Safety and expect all team members to adhere to our guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as directed.
- Follow all Safety procedures and company policies.
- Wear and use all required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Familiarity with PPE.
- Interest in the Logistics sector.
