Our San Diego, California warehouse is looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team! This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our facility, encompassing a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking and shipping. You will be an integral part of our Logistics operations, ensuring that products move smoothly through our distribution center. The job involves considerable Lifting and requires physical stamina. We prioritize Safety above all else, and adherence to all protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Sort and stock merchandise onto shelves or designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment accurately.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Follow all Safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Awareness of PPE requirements.
- Interest in the Logistics field.
