Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Enterprise Project Delivery department has an immediate opening for a *Corporate Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst II/III!* This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the nation's leading credit unions! As a *Corporate Quality Assurance Analyst II/III,* you will be responsible for the following:
* Conducting in-depth testing on a wide variety of systems, applications, and enhancements to ensure high-quality and reliable products.
* Coordinating and leading all aspects of testing, create and execute test plans, identify and document defects, and collaborate with development teams and vendors, to ensure the functionality of software solutions.
* To ensure service coverage, all levels may also be required to complete duties for any other level.
* The level II incumbent will complete more moderately complex services, that are of a wider variety.
* The incumbent at the Level III, in addition to working independently with less supervision and performing the most complex tasks, will serve as the senior, most experienced member of the team. They may perform cross functional services within the team and serve as an influencer. The Level III may be required to serve as a lead for projects when needed.
*Salary Range*:
This is a non-exempt position. The starting hourly rate for a *level II* is $36.00/hour and for a *level III* is $44.36/hour; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
*Schedule:*
Anticipated schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but may be required to work evenings, holidays, or weekends. May be required to travel overnight with or without notice.
*Education/Experience*:
You must meet the requirements of one of the following:
* For a *Level II: an associate degree in business, finance, technology, or related field & four years of experience within IT quality assurance.*
* For a *Level III:* *a bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology or related field & four years of experience within IT quality assurance.*
_Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant, but not required, certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements._
*Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:*
* Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.

In order to be successful as a *Corporate Quality Assurance Analyst II/III, *you must possess these qualifications:
* Knowledge in the use of tools, concepts and methodologies of quality assurance.
* Research, analytical, and organization skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Attention to details.
* Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task work assignments.
* Knowledge of credit union operations, systems, and processes is required.
* Ability to work after normal work hours and on weekends, in order to meet project timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36.01 - $55.45 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
