WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Technical Cloud Business Analyst, you will drive clarity across mission stakeholders and cloud engineering teams. You will translate requirements into well-documented user stories, lead technical discovery, and ensure alignment across Agile delivery. Your work will directly enable high-impact cloud modernization initiatives. You will: Translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories Own Jira backlog creation and refinement for Agile delivery teams Document system behaviors, features, and integration requirements Maintain process documentation, architecture notes, and user guides Partner with cloud engineers, architects, DevOps, and Cybersecurity to align delivery Support sprint planning, grooming, and Agile ceremonies Create acceptance criteria and ensure traceability from vision to deployment Produce high-quality documentation using Confluence or similar tools Conduct impact analysis on cloud features and dependencies Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders Triage tickets from external teams and provide basic support when applicable Maintain a growth mindset; willing to be hands-on and provide basic technical support for specific recurring items Support day-to-day operations by maintaining kanban board/work queues, dashboards, timelines, etc. to ensure progress and meet delivery targets WHAT YOU BRING Required: Active DoD Secret Clearance Bachelor's degree w/ 4 Years of Relevant Experience DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security CE or equivalent) U.S. Citizenship (required for federal contracting eligibility) 4 years as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst Strong experience with Jira (epics, stories, workflows) Clear, structured technical documentation and writing ability Experience supporting cloud-based programs (AWS or Azure) Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Strong attention to detail and logical thought process Preferred: Experience supporting federal programs or DoD/IC/Civilian agencies Familiarity with Confluence and Jira customization Exposure to DevOps concepts (CI/CD, pipelines, IaC) AWS or Azure certification (Associate or Practitioner level) Experience in enterprise modernization or cloud migrations Experience with Linux and Windows server administration Experience with commercial cloud service providers (AWS, Azure) WHAT YOU GET Competitive compensation performance incentives Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match Paid Training Certification Sponsorship Remote-first culture flexible work environment Growth path into Product Owner or Cloud Delivery roles A culture built on ownership, grit, and trustbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
