Membership Consultant
to join our fast-paced, motivated team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Generate and close new membership sales through tours, outreach, and follow-up Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current members Engage in community outreach, in-club events, and promotional efforts Support new member onboarding and guide them through their first 30-60 days Collaborate with your team to hit club and personal performance goals Represent Genesis with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm Who We're Looking For:
Confident, self-motivated individuals with
a strong desire to succeed Sales experience preferred, but
a go-getter attitude is a must Strong communicator who's comfortable face-to-face, on the phone, and online Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others improve their lifestyle Willingness to work
evenings and weekends
when needed What You'll Get:
