They are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join their team in the Greater Toronto Area. About the Role:
As a Project Manager with our client, you will oversee the entire insurance claims process, working closely with homeowners, insurance partners, and restoration teams to manage and restore properties impacted by disasters. From emergency water damage mitigation to full-scale repairs, you will be involved in every aspect of project management.

You will manage client relationships, ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders, and supervise the restoration process to return homes and businesses to pre-loss conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the entire insurance claims process for residential and commercial properties
  • Manage emergency water damage/loss mitigation and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality service
  • Collaborate with insurance partners to meet client needs and ensure timely project completion
  • Maintain organized project documentation and timelines to ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure that restoration projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all safety standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, supporting homeowners through the claims and restoration process
  • Mentor and lead restoration teams, fostering a collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in property insurance claims, including hands-on project management of residential and commercial restoration projects
  • Strong proficiency with industry-standard software, including Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Contractor Connection, and the Outlook suite
  • Familiarity with Matterport and Encircle is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, with commission opportunities
