Position:
Stock Associate

Great
opportunity to join our Luxury Brand We are looking for a talented Luxury
Retail Stock Associate to join our Longchamp Outlet in Halton Hills, Ontario Canada. This is an
hourly base + bonus position. As the Stock Associate, you will oversee all inventory
operations across the main store (with an integrated back-of-house) and a
remote stock location, ensuring efficient stock handling and alignment with the
brand's elevated standards. You will also support the Canadian eCommerce
business by managing inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and
efficient logistics.

Responsibilities:

Inventory
& Logistics Management

·       
Oversee
stock flow between the main store, back-of-house, and the remote location.

·       
Process
all incoming shipments for the Canadian business; verify quantities, inspect
for damages, and ensure accurate system entry.

·       
Maintain
high standards of organization in all storage areas, optimizing space and
ensuring product integrity.

·       
Manage
stock transfers between locations and facilitate inter-store movements across
Canada.

·       
Execute
regular cycle counts and physical inventories, resolving discrepancies
promptly.

Sales
Floor Replenishment

·       
Monitor
product sell-through and coordinate timely replenishment from the back-of-house
and remote stock.

·       
Partner
with Sales Associates and Managers to prioritize high-demand items.

·       
Support
floor moves, new launches, and visual merchandising updates with accurate stock
execution.

eCommerce
Operations

·       
Coordinate
with the eCommerce team to fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately
from store and/or remote stock.

·       
Prepare
and dispatch eCommerce shipments in alignment with brand packaging and shipping
standards.

·       
Monitor
inventory availability for Canadian online orders; flag discrepancies and
prevent oversells or stockouts.

·       
Support
returns processing and ensure restocked items meet quality control guidelines
before reintegration.

Team
Supervision & Reporting

·       
Lead,
train, and motivate stock associates; assign daily tasks and monitor
productivity.

·       
Ensure
compliance with all company operational standards and health & safety
procedures.

·       
Generate
and share stock, transfer, and shipment reports with store and regional
leadership.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or GED)
    required, plus a degree in Fashion or related field, equivalent work
    experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of stock operations
    experience in luxury or premium retail; experience with eCommerce
    fulfillment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory
    management systems (e.g., SAP, Cegid, RMS).
  • Strong organizational and time
    management skills; able to prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver with
    strong attention to detail.
  • Physically able to lift boxes
    and stand for extended periods.
  • Proficient in inventory
    management, customer sales, and merchandising.
  • Skilled in Cegid transactions,
    including sales, returns, exchanges, item/customer lookups, CRM, and
    reports, following Cegid Manual guidelines.
  • Proficient in UPS System for
    shipment preparation and processing.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel,
    Outlook, and Word for basic office tasks.
