  • Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications.
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Stock shelves and manage inventory within the distribution center.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Strictly follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory control measures and cycle counting.
  • Support the logistics team in meeting operational goals.
  • Perform lifting tasks involving items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for the duration of the shift.
  • Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours and potential overtime.
  • Familiarity with logistics systems and procedures is a plus.
