- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory within the distribution center.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control measures and cycle counting.
- Support the logistics team in meeting operational goals.
- Perform lifting tasks involving items up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility regarding work hours and potential overtime.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and procedures is a plus.
- This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
