- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming stock.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Support team members and contribute to overall logistics efficiency.
- Perform general labor duties as needed.
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand order manifests and labels.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of safety procedures and willingness to follow them.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including occasional overtime.
- Familiarity with logistics processes is an advantage.
- This role requires focus and physical stamina throughout the shift.
