Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, contributing to overall warehouse safety.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
- Perform tasks requiring regular lifting, up to 50 lbs, utilizing proper techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including frequent lifting and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Team player mentality and good communication.
- Awareness of workplace safety and hazard prevention.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
