Responsibilities:
- Select specified items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Package orders carefully, ensuring all items are protected during transit.
- Conduct quality checks to confirm order accuracy before dispatch.
- Maintain a tidy and hazard-free workspace, complying with safety standards.
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks as required for order fulfillment.
- Participate in inventory management tasks and cycle counts.
- Follow all company protocols, especially those related to safety and material handling.
- Communicate any stock issues or operational concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Capability to perform moderate to heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.
- Solid understanding of basic arithmetic and reading comprehension.
- Experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of safety practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced atmosphere.
