Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to **safety** standards.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including **PPE** usage and **lifting** guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our **logistics** department.
- Report any **safety** hazards or concerns immediately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to **lift** up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong understanding of warehouse **safety** procedures.
- Familiarity with basic **logistics** and inventory management.
- Willingness to wear required **PPE**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
