About
We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators for our facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is vital for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring the smooth flow of inventory. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting palletized merchandise. Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve products within the warehouse.
- Perform pre-operational checks on the reach truck to ensure safety and functionality.
- Transport materials between different warehouse locations as directed.
- Accurately record inventory movements and locations.
- Assist with receiving and put-away functions as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe operating environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment.
- Valid reach truck operator certification or license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety best practices and logistics.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in varying temperatures and wear required PPE.
