Become a key member of our logistics team in Nashville, Tennessee, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for dedicated individuals to perform a variety of tasks related to the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your duties will include receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A strong emphasis is placed on Safety, and all associates are expected to adhere to company policies and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members is essential. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack items for customer orders.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
