This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, encompassing a variety of tasks related to the handling, storage, and movement of goods. You will be involved in receiving inventory, organizing stock, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock and organize goods in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders.
- Pack orders securely for transit.
- Stage shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Utilize provided PPE as required by job function and area.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts.
- Perform tasks involving regular lifting and manual material handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
