Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify contents.
- Sort and place inventory onto racks or designated storage areas.
- Pick items from inventory for outbound orders.
- Pack items securely for shipping.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Use required PPE at all times in designated areas.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Perform duties involving regular lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good physical condition with the ability to handle lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
