Join our team as a Picker/Packer in Baltimore, Maryland! We are looking for detail-oriented and efficient individuals to play a key role in our fulfillment process. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory based on customer orders and then preparing them for shipment. This position is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that customers receive the correct products in a timely manner. You will work within a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity. Responsibilities include: accurately locating and retrieving specified items from warehouse shelves; verifying product information and quantities against order details; carefully packing items to ensure they are protected during transit; labeling packages accurately for shipping; assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment; maintaining a clean and organized work area; and adhering to all company safety guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Previous experience in a picking or packing role is beneficial. We offer a competitive compensation package and a supportive team environment. Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times.
