Job Summary:
Join our team as a Distribution Center Associate in Des Moines, Iowa! We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our logistics hub. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders accurately, packing and shipping items, and maintaining inventory records. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive work environment. This role is essential to our supply chain and plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be involved in tasks requiring consistent Lifting of goods. We prioritize your well-being and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), along with stringent Safety training and protocols. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick and prepare customer orders.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided).
  • Adhere to all Safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the distribution center.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting tasks, including items up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
