Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
- Accurately select items to fulfill customer orders.
- Package products securely for shipment.
- Maintain inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Follow all established Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical ability to handle continuous Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Open to learning new tasks and procedures.
- Understanding of warehouse or logistics principles is a plus.
- Must comply with all company Safety policies.
- Must be able to wear appropriate PPE.
