Join our dynamic team at our San Jose, California Distribution Center as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is fundamental to our logistics success, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. We are looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals who are committed to safety, efficiency, and teamwork. You will be involved in material handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the facility. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Your contributions are vital to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and KPIs.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals. Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and be active for the entire shift. Strong work ethic and a commitment to workplace safety are essential. Good communication and teamwork skills are beneficial.
