Our Fort Worth, Texas facility is seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our dedicated logistics team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the safe and efficient flow of goods throughout our warehouse. We are looking for experienced and safety-minded individuals who can maintain high productivity while adhering to all operational procedures. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to safety are essential. This is a physically demanding role that requires focus and precision. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Transport materials to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Perform pre-operational checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist with inventory management and organization.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the strict use of required PPE.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support the overall logistics operations as needed.
Proven experience as a Forklift Operator is required, with valid certification. Must possess a thorough understanding of warehouse safety procedures. Ability to perform lifting of up to 50 pounds. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Must be reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
