We are looking for motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Miami, Florida. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial part in our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. Your responsibilities will span from receiving and processing inbound stock to picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role demands a keen eye for detail, speed, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You'll work with a variety of products and utilize advanced warehouse technology. Excellent physical condition is necessary for this role, as it involves consistent physical activity and lifting. Our logistics operations depend on the dedication of our team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners or other devices.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Prepare shipments for carriers, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, following all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, including strict adherence to safety regulations and the use of required PPE.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is preferred. Must be capable of regular lifting of up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
