We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our distribution center in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our logistics network, involving a wide range of warehouse tasks. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, stocking, and staging orders, as well as receiving and put-away of incoming goods. You will also be involved in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the distribution center, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and possess a strong commitment to accuracy and productivity. Experience with order fulfillment processes and warehouse equipment is beneficial. Safety is a top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting practices, is mandatory. Your contribution is vital to ensuring that our products reach their destinations efficiently and in excellent condition. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory.
- Organize and maintain stock in designated warehouse areas.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Follow all company safety policies, including the use of PPE.
- Perform safe lifting and material handling tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily logistics goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of warehouse safety and the importance of PPE. Basic knowledge of logistics principles. We are dedicated to ensuring a safe and productive workplace.
