This role is fundamental to our logistics process, involving the handling of a wide range of products. Your responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders, stocking shelves, receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, and maintaining an organized and clean workspace. You will operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. We prioritize the safety of our employees, and you will be required to wear appropriate PPE at all times and follow all established safety procedures. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock incoming inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Qualifications:
Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing. Prior warehouse experience is a plus. Knowledge of inventory management systems is beneficial. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to workplace safety is essential. Familiarity with logistics operations is helpful. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
