We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be a key player in our logistics operations, responsible for a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your duties. This position requires physical capability, including the ability to handle frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Safety is a core value at our company; adherence to all safety protocols and consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming materials.
- Stock inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment and assist with loading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Support the logistics team in achieving operational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
- Willingness to follow safety regulations and use PPE.
