Join our thriving warehouse team in Tampa, Florida, as a Warehouse Associate! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Our logistics depend on the efficiency and accuracy of our Warehouse Associates. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you'll handle diverse products and work closely with a dedicated team. A strong commitment to safety is paramount; you will be required to adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE. Significant lifting is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for outbound transportation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 75 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding and adherence to safety procedures, including the importance of PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
