We are hiring a Warehouse Associate for our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role is essential to our logistics operations, involving the handling and processing of goods within our warehouse. You will be responsible for a range of duties, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and possesses a strong understanding of warehouse best practices and Safety protocols. This position offers a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Store goods in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks, utilizing appropriate material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to housekeeping standards.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counting.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or potential Safety hazards to supervision.
- Support the overall logistics flow and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret product labels and order instructions.
- Basic math and computer skills are beneficial.
- Must be capable of regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding environment.
- Demonstrated adherence to Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willingness to wear mandated PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Reliable attendance and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
