About
We are looking for dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our busy distribution center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our logistics hub. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to workplace safety. You'll be expected to handle items of varying sizes and weights, so proficiency in lifting is essential. We provide comprehensive training on all equipment and safety procedures. Compliance with all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE are mandatory to ensure a secure and productive work setting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely (training provided).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear designated PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Experience with RF scanners is beneficial.
