We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our St. Louis, Missouri team. This role is essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse and plays a key part in our overall logistics chain. You will be responsible for various tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, meeting productivity standards.
- Prepare shipments for transit, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in various warehouse conditions.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and utilizing required PPE.
