Are you a proven leader with experience in warehouse operations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor in our Seattle, Washington facility. As a supervisor, you will lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure productivity targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of Safety and efficiency. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of our logistics hub. You will be responsible for training, scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive team environment. If you possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff on daily tasks and procedures.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics operations.
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity of the warehouse team.
- Implement and enforce all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.
- Address and resolve operational issues and employee concerns.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules.
- Promote a culture of Safety and teamwork, ensuring all team members use proper PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of Safety protocols and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting as needed.
