About

*Los Altos Sub Acute and Rehab *is a skilled nursing facility located in Los Altos, Ca. We are looking for a *Physical Therapist, Part Time/PRN *who can work in a fast-paced environment, have a positive attitude, and work together as part of a team.
*\*\*$65-$70/hour, PART TIME/PRN\*\* *(Shift days/time can be flexible, must work some weekends).
*Responsibilities:*
* evaluate patients, address barriers, maintain productivity, reach patient's goals, work with Rehab Team, document daily, etc.
*Requirements:*
* must have valid DPT or PT License
