Job Overview: Are you ready to elevate your career in sales? Marvin is looking for a dynamic individual with a strong architectural background to join our team as an Architectural Sales Manager. In this role, you will drive brand awareness, cultivate new business relationships, and boost sales of the Marvin Collections among architectural and commercial design professionals! Highlights of your role: Prospect and establish strong relationships within the architectural community to promote specification and purchase of Marvin products. Professionally present AIA Continuing Educational Learning Units to architectural firms. Pursue business development with facility managers and institutional property owners actively. Plan and conduct factory tours for targeted architects, designers, channel partners, and trade customers. Provide tailored product and technical solutions for individual project opportunities. Collaborate with the regional sales team to enhance channel partners' programs and services tailored to the architectural and commercial segments. Travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight stays; a valid driver's license is required. You are a great fit if you have: A degree in architecture, construction, or business-related field, or equivalent industry experience. Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification, or the ability to obtain it within two years of employment. Proven experience in consultative sales, specifically in specifying premium products for architectural/design firms. Experience in fenestration is preferred. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Capability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications. Familiarity with CAD-based design. Compensation: Total earning potential of $73,000-$120,000, including base salary and variable compensation, with the opportunity to exceed this range based on performance.
