We are seeking a motivated *Dental Hygienist* who is passionate about clinical excellence, patient education, and teamwork.
*Position Overview*
The Dental Hygienist is an essential member of our clinical team, responsible for delivering high-quality preventive and therapeutic care, building strong patient relationships, and supporting our doctors in providing an outstanding patient experience.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
* Complete periodontal charting and comprehensive assessments
* Take and evaluate digital radiographs and intraoral photos
* Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and the connection between oral and systemic health
* Review medical/dental histories and document findings in the electronic health record
* Collaborate with the dentist during exams to support accurate diagnosis
* Apply fluoride, sealants, and other preventive materials as indicated
* Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and infection control protocols
* Ensure operatory cleanliness, organization, and readiness for patient care
* Communicate clearly with patients and team members to maintain efficient patient flow
*Qualifications*
* Current Illinois Dental Hygienist license
* CPR certification
* Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
* Positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
* Experience with Ascend or comparable dental software preferred
*Schedule & Compensation*
* Full-time position (4–5 days per week)
* Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
