Serves as the lead Network Engineer responsible for network monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and project management of wired and wireless networks. Responsibilities: Monitor and optimize wired and wireless network performance. Implement network security controls. Lead IT projects and manage technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues. Provide technical leadership and mentorship. Qualifications: BA/BS with 5+ years OR AA/AS with 7+ years. IAT Level II and CE/OS certification. 7 years of progressive network engineering experience, with at least 2 years specialized. Work Authorization/Security Clearance: May be asked to provide proof of US citizenship. Must be able to maintain a US Government issued Secret clearance throughout the life of the contract. Work Environment: This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Physical Demands: Position generally requires light work with occasional lifting of up to (30) pounds or more, carrying supplies, equipment. The job requires varying amounts of sitting, standing, and walking. This position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. The ability to communicate clearly with an excellent comprehension of the English language is essential. Work is generally performed in an indoor setting.
