Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company's two Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global's modular, mid-scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost. We are looking for an Analyst, Quality Assurance Reporting to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality data and KPIs related to supplier performance, nonconformance's, audits, inspections, surveillance, quality health checks, and project quality metrics. Responsibilities
Collect and ensure accuracy of input data. Maintain quality summary sheets, registers reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data using Smart-sheet, BI, PowerPoint, Adobe, and similar tools. Track NCRs, CARs, SCARs, audit findings, inspection & test progress, surveillance observations, quality risks, and document status. Analyze trends, develop executive-level presentations, and issue periodic reports to senior leadership. Coordinate with Quality team members (internal, external, field) and Discipline leads to ensure timely and accurate data flow. Develop weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly quality reports, dashboards, and content. Support continuous improvement and the supplier surveillance program. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or related field 2 - 5 of experience in quality, or a related field in the energy industry, preferably in LNG Experience with data mining, advanced sheet formulas, data visualization, dashboard creation, automation, and system process analysis Well-articulated with excellent written and verbal communication, planning, computing, technical, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel, both domestic and international Ability to perform multiple tasks, work within project deadlines and adjust as priorities change Broad knowledge and understating of all industry codes, standards, and industry best practices Have advanced computer experience with Smart-sheet, SharePoint, BI, Adobe, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel Work products Ability to obtain a TWIC Card Preferred Minimum Certifications
