A well-established dental practice near Louisburg, NC is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join their friendly and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy, well-run office with strong patient flow, modern technology, and a supportive clinical environment focused on quality care and building lasting patient relationships.
*What the position offers:*
* *Minimum Guarantee:* $850 per day for the first 3 months
* *Compensation:* $200,000–$300,000 annually, based on percentage

*Knowledge/Skills Required:*
* Comfortable performing general dentistry procedures, including:
* Restorative care, crowns, and bridgework
* Removable dentures
* Anterior and molar endodontic procedures
* Simple and surgical extractions
* Excellent bedside manner and patient communication
* Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
* Experience placing implants preferred, but not required
*Education/Experience Required:*
* North Carolina Dental License
* Previous experience as a practicing dentist
