The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure that business processes and technology solutions meet organizational needs. You will analyze and document business requirements, facilitate communication, and support the implementation of effective solutions that drive improved business performance. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Creating BRD/BRS documents processes, workflows, and requirements in a clear and actionable manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions and ensure that deliverables are met. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning. Develop comprehensive reporting and performance metrics to monitor project success. Act as a mediator and facilitator during stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment.
