Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr $195,000.00/yr Pay range is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual pay will be based on skills, experience, responsibilities, education, and other factors. Requirements Must be a US Citizen. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph. Two (02) years of directly related experience within the last five (05) years is required; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree. Six (06) to fifteen (15) years of direct/relevant experience. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required, or five (05) additional years of Systems Administration experience on projects with similar processes. Security+ Certification. Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. Provide Tier?1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution; and Tier?2 (Escalation) as needed. Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems. Assist users in accessing and using IT systems. Support day?to?day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. Escalate issues and communicate status to agency management and internal customers. Optimize system operations and resource utilization; perform capacity analysis and planning. Troubleshoot IT systems in depth. Provide detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets. Support dispatch system and hardware problems. Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems, install/load OS software, maintain integrity and configure network components, implement OS enhancements for reliability and performance.
Nice?to?have
Combined experience with Unix and Linux. Scripting experience (C, Perl, BASH, Python, Bourne Shell). AWS or Azure experience.
