As a Mobile Service Technician, you will operate a company service truck, traveling to various locations to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. This key role is essential to our operations. Responsibilities: Drive service truck following USS and DOT requirements. Perform all tasks in a safe manner per USS and DOT safety standards to avoid accidents or injuries. Engage in various physical activities including sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting items weighing between 50 and 150 lbs. Conduct portable toilet servicing according to USS’s 8-point service standard. Interact with customers on-site to ensure services meet their standards. Remain flexible to adjust routes and meet customer needs as required. Provide feedback to Operations Manager or Supervisor to enhance routing efficiency and overall customer service. Discuss customer needs concerning portable toilets to ensure satisfaction with current and future requirements. Qualifications: At least two years of experience in commercial driving. Valid Commercial Driver License is required. Strong time management, customer service, and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit while driving and stand while servicing products. Use hands and fingers for handling and controlling tools or equipment. Repetitive motion is expected. Good vision for near and distant objects. Clear speech for customer understanding. Ability to comprehend spoken requests from others. Recognize sounds and differences between them. Walk for extended periods of time without fatigue. Ability to get in and out of equipment by kneeling or stepping. Lift items up to 40lbs from waist to shoulders and 30lbs from the floor to head level. Crouch, squat, push, and pull weights up to 100lbs. Benefits:

$17.64 - $23.81 per hour. Pay transparency: Our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for this position applicable nationwide.
