We offer a competitive benefits package that includes: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 6% 401k Match Paid Holidays & Vacation Paid Sick, Short/Long Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Maternity/Paternity Leave Discount Programs Company Truck Education, Training and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of experience with commercial communication systems or electronics Minimum of 3 years of driving experience in the class of vehicle operated Ability to distinguish between far, near, and peripheral distances Driving record must be free of DUI/DWI for the preceding 3 years Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Familiarity with commercial communication and telecommunication systems Proficient in operating telecommunication test equipment Strong analytical skills to prioritize and effectively resolve technical issues Ability to manage projects efficiently to completion Capability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds occasionally Skilled in using cable installation tools and hand tools, including working from heights with ladders Excellent writing, communication, mechanical, and computer skills Willingness to work on an alternating schedule that includes weekends and holidays as necessary Duties and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Customer Service Technician Manager, you will perform the following duties and responsibilities, along with any miscellaneous tasks that may be assigned: Deliver, install, and maintain satellite dishes and related equipment, along with retailer POS terminals and supplies Analyze and evaluate traffic and performance data Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and system issues Provide technical support to customers Utilize power and hand tools for the installation, operation, and maintenance of satellite terminals and associated antenna systems Service satellites on rooftop installations Maintain accurate documentation of installations, services, and repairs Report technical status of systems with accuracy and completeness Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety practices and policies Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and reading technical publications Operate company vehicle safely while performing job duties Report any required vehicle repairs or service Document any accidents, losses, injuries, or property damages to Supervisor and customers as appropriate Maintain a clean driving record while employed according to company vehicle policy Employment Eligibility Verification Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility Security Requirements Submission to and passing of a thorough pre-employment background check is required, as determined by the State or District Lottery, along with a pre-employment drug screening.
