Summary of Job Description:
As the People Analytics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing HR reporting, metrics, governance, analytics, and data integrity. Utilize state-of-the-art data analytics platforms to deliver data insights that are both accurate and easily digestible. Collaborating with HR leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams, you will address reporting needs and enhance data governance to foster data-driven decision-making. Job Responsibilities: Take charge of HR reporting, metrics, governance, analytics, and data integrity, presenting information clearly using diverse data analytics platforms. Assist leadership by providing vital data interpretations, offering innovative analyses and communicating insights effectively. Design, develop, and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards in PowerBI and Workday, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and real-time data insights. Work closely with HR business partners and stakeholders to identify reporting needs, ensuring seamless data source integration and validation. Establish and uphold data governance best practices to guarantee data consistency, accuracy, and security. Stay abreast of trends in HR reporting and analytics to proactively seek opportunities for process improvements, automation, and strategic advancement for HR. Your background & experience: Bachelor's degree required; preferred majors include Information Technology, Data Science, or HR. 7+ years of experience, with 5+ years in an HR function, ideally within a retail or hospitality environment. Strong commitment to completing required training and obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment. Pay Range: M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual
