Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Washington, D.C. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of our Logistics and supply chain operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, and preparing goods for shipment. We seek motivated individuals who prioritize Safety, efficiency, and teamwork. This is a great chance to develop your skills in a professional warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming warehouse stock and materials efficiently.
  • Pick and fill orders accurately from stock according to WMS or pick lists.
  • Pack and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring proper sealing and labeling.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of required PPE.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks with care and efficiency.
  • Support the overall Logistics workflow and contribute to operational goals.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
  • Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential for eager candidates.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
  • Commitment to upholding high Safety standards and following procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics principles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
